I can't believe it is almost the end of January! I'm sorry I haven't posted anything this month, but I have forgotten my camera almost every day since we've been back from the break! I've also had a lot of family issues going on, so just not much time to blog! I did not get pictures of a lot of our activities and hardly any action shots, but here is a little taste of what we did in January. I also did not get pictures of any of our centers or the books that we read. I'll try to take a few pictures of the books and get them up with the other things. I do have a few more things to upload, hopefully, I will get those up tomorrow.

Letter of the Week this week. |

Letter of the week- First week of January. I forgot to take a picture of the letter K.
We made a Snowman Tree Map. I forgot to take pictures of the information that we put on the snowmen, but at least this gives you an idea of what it looked like.
This is a follow directions/sequencing activity. I use to do a different one, but I found this one from Mrs. Jump's class that I liked a little better. It was a bit challenging for my class.
One of the hardest things for them to do, was tear the paper! We've been working on that all year, but I wanted them to do this with as little help as possible. Overall, they did a great job!
They had to cut all the circles themselves.
We did this as a whole group first and then they had to do it on their own. We did a page a day.
Whew! Last page! The books turned out great!
Snowman Painting- Mix glue and shaving cream together to make puffy paint. They painted the snowman and then after it dried, they put the words in order to make a sentence.
